Wellness is a continuum process of the good quality on body, mind, social and wisdom.; Each process has had a composition with a service of Physical, Beauty, Nutrition-Detox,
Massage and manipulation, Body and Mind connectedness and Education.
Generally, the term “wellness” is used an extensively with many meaning and direction. The American Senior Fitness Association web site (www.seniorfitness.net/Wellness%20Solution.htm) also describes the six dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, and vocational) that are currently included in many health texts.
Thailand is also be awakened to wellness as well. By this point of view author would be like to compare a wellness dimension from several place with Thailand accordingly.
The origins of wellness, however, are far older – even ancient. Aspects of the wellness concept are firmly rooted in several intellectual, religious, and medical movements in the United States and Europe in the 19th century. The tenets of wellness can also be traced to the ancient civilizations of Greece, Rome and Asia, whose historical traditions have indelibly influenced the modern wellness movement.
